Quality Inspection

Quality Inspection Process

Our quality assurance framework covers every critical stage of production to ensure that every shipment meets the specifications our customers depend on.

Raw Material Incoming Inspection

Every batch of raw materials is tested upon arrival at our facility. Key parameters — including purity, moisture content, and particle size — are verified before materials are approved for use in production, preventing quality issues at the source.

Production Process Sampling Inspection

Throughout the manufacturing process, samples are collected at defined intervals and tested against established in-process control standards. This continuous monitoring allows our quality team to detect and correct any deviation before it affects the final product.

Full Inspection Before Leaving the Factory

Every finished product batch undergoes comprehensive final testing prior to shipment. Only products that fully meet specified quality standards — confirmed by documented test reports — are cleared for delivery to customers.

Test Items

We apply product-specific testing protocols across all three of our core product lines, ensuring each meets precise quality benchmarks before shipment.

Activated Carbon

Key test items include iodine number, methylene blue adsorption value, CTC (carbon tetrachloride) activity, moisture content, ash content, particle size distribution, and bulk density — collectively measuring adsorption performance and physical consistency.

Alumina

Key test items include iodine number, methylene blue adsorption value, CTC (carbon tetrachloride) activity, moisture content, ash content, particle size distribution, and bulk density — collectively measuring adsorption performance and physical consistency.

Titanium Dioxide

Evaluated parameters include TiO₂ purity, whiteness index, tinting strength, oil absorption, pH value, particle size, and volatile matter content — confirming optical performance and compatibility with coatings, plastics, and ink formulations.

Third-party testing service

We welcome and fully support third-party inspection arrangements for customers who require independent quality verification prior to shipment. Internationally recognized inspection agencies — including SGS, Bureau Veritas (BV), and Intertek — can be engaged to conduct pre-shipment testing and certification on any order.

Third-party inspectors are granted access to finished product samples, internal test reports, and relevant production documentation to facilitate a thorough and transparent review process. All inspection costs and scheduling arrangements are coordinated in advance to avoid delays to agreed shipment timelines.

This service is particularly valued by customers placing large-volume orders, operating in regulated industries, or working within procurement frameworks that mandate independent quality verification. We view third-party inspection not as an exception, but as a natural extension of our commitment to product transparency and customer confidence.
